Children's walk -in - Park view Health and Well-being Center

The NHS walk-in clinic is run by a highly skilled team of GPs, Nurse Practitioners, and Nurses.

We see a variety of minor illnesses and injuries, which aren't an a emergency but need to be seen on the same day.

The service is for Hammersmith and Fulham children aged 0 to 5 years. How it works: Parkview Health and Wellbeing Centre For children aged 0 to 5 years on Same Day.

No appointment is needed Opening Hours: • Monday to Friday 13.00-17.00

(Closed on bank holidays & weekends)

Where can you find us: • 56 Cranston Court Bloemfontein Road, London W12 7FG Register at reception A Nurse will assess you within 15 minutes The Nurse will decide whether your child can be treated with us or elsewhere if specialist care is needed If suitable for the service your child will be seen by a GP or Nurse Practitioner We have no Xray facilities on-site if an Xray is required, we will refer you to another service.

If your child has a life-threatening illness or injury, Please go to A&E immediately This service is available until 31st March 2025
