Name: Dr Emily Weston-Price

Dr Weston-Price is an experienced General Practitioner and is the Senior Partner at Lilyville @ Parsons Green where she has been dedicated to providing holistic and patient-centred care for many years ensuring patients receive the best possible support for their health and well-being.
Dr Weston-Price qualified from Imperial College School of Medicine with degrees in Medicine and Neuroanatomy and has extensive clinical experience across both secondary and primary care settings. As a dedicated GP trainer, Dr Weston-Price is passionate about shaping the next generation of doctors to become future general practitioners through medical education, mentoring, and coaching. She also serves as a clinical tutor for medical students at Imperial College and Brunel Medical Schools.

With a keen interest in lifestyle medicine she is committed to integrating preventive care and wellness strategies into her practice to improve patient outcomes and she is known for her empathetic approach and dedication to fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for both patients and colleagues.
 
Outside of work Dr Weston-Price enjoys watching football with her family, and playing bridge with her friends and is currently on a mission to master the art of yoga and excels at the ‘falling over gracefully pose’.

Name: Dr Caroline Jewels

Dr Jewels is an experienced GP and a GP partner at Lilyville @ Parsons Green. While she works clinically at our sister GP practice (Sands End Health Clinic) she stays closely involved in our day-to-day operations through regular meetings with our senior partner Dr Weston-Price. Dr Jewels qualified from Guy’s, King’s, and St Thomas’s with degrees in Medicine and Pharmacology.
Dr Jewels has a strong interest in medical education and is a GP trainer, as well as a teacher of medical students from Imperial College London. Her clinical interests include diabetes, palliative  care and women’s health and she leads our PCN family planning service, training other doctors in fitting contraceptive devices such as coils and implants.
Dr Jewels is known for her friendly approach and her love of dogs—often spotted out and about walking her much-loved beagle. She has a long-standing professional partnership with Dr Weston-Price, together they previously co-led South Fulham Primary Care Network as joint clinical directors, navigating the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic with a shared ethos of quality care, pragmatism and a good sense of humour.

Mira has worked with Lilyville @ Parsons Green since September 2021. 
Mira has a passion for making a difference in patients’ experiences and actively works to support the staff team here at Lilyville.

Mira has an open-door policy and acts as a support for everyone at Lilyville. Mira thrives in pressured customer-focused situations, ensuring strict timescales and quality standards are consistently upheld, and adapting to changing demands with pragmatism. 

Mira has undertaken Management training as well as ILM Level 5 in 2019. Mira has over 15 years of Management experience. Mira goes above and beyond to help and support everyone at Lilyville and to ensure the smooth running of the service.

Name: Dr Tanya Carthy

Position: Salaried GP

Gender: Female
Dr Carthy completed her medical and GP training in Cambridge and Oxford before joining Lilyville in 2007, where she has pursued many interests including teaching, appraisals, and public health research. She served for several years on the West London Research Ethics Committee and completed an MSc in International Primary Health Care and a year as a research associate at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, in 2009. 

She was proud to help lead our Practice team through the consecutive challenges of relocating from Lilyville Road to our current home in Parsons Green, and the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020-22. She has an interest in elderly care and clinical governance and in addition to sessions at Lilyville, she now works as a Medical Examiner, reviewing community and hospital deaths across northwest London. 

Name: Dr Panteleimon Chan

Position: Salaried GP

Qualifications: MB MS BSc(Hons) MRCS(Eng) MRCGP DIPMedEd MSc(Dist)MedEd

Gender: Male
Dr Panteleimon Chan graduated locally from Imperial College, then gained experience in Trauma & Orthopaedic surgery, becoming Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, before deciding to retrain as a GP. He worked as a GP partner in Hertfordshire before deciding to relocate back to London in 2020. 

Dr Chan puts his specialist interest and experience in MSK (Musculoskeletal) medicine and surgery to use for complex cases within the surgery as well as having set up the Minor Surgery Service, which delivers injections and operations for patients at Lilyville and other local practices. 

Dr Chan clinical interests have led him to his BSc in Psychology & Psychiatry, MSc in Medical Education, and coaching qualifications. At the practice, he is also the Education Lead, facilitating the development of the next generation of GP’s and doctors, as Lilyville hosts GP Trainees, Foundation doctors, and medical students from Imperial College and also Brunel University. In addition, he is a GP Trainer, supervising trainees placed at other GP practices and the local hospitals. 

Dr Chan is passionate about facilitating personalised development and preventative strategies, and working with patients to understand and improve their own health in a tailored manner

Name: Dr Annabel Pettit

Position: Salaried GP

Qualifications: MBChB, BMedSci, MRCGP,  DCH,  DRCOG, BMS Menopause Specialist

Dr Pettit completed her medical training at Edinburgh University in 2016, where she also completed an intercalated degree in psychology. She did her GP training in North West London and has worked as a salaried GP at Lilyville Surgery since 2021.
Dr Pettit is a friendly and dedicated GP with special interests in paediatrics and women’s health. She is an advanced menopause practitioner and currently enjoys running a menopause clinic for the local primary care network.

Name: Dr Emma Smart

Dr Smart completed medical school at the University of Leeds in 2015 before moving to London for foundation training, gaining experience working in King College Hospital A&E department, before completing GP training in West London.  Dr Smart has been working at Lilyville surgery since 2021 as trainee before qualifying as a GP in 2022. 

Dr Smart has special interests in Frailty, Dementia and End Of Life Care and is the Frailty Lead for both Lilyville Surgery and South Fulham PCN. Dr Smart has had a lead role in the recent development of a PCN-Wide Community Frailty Hub working closely with the frailty MDT team and Community Consultant Geriatrician colleagues from Charing Cross Hospital.  

Since qualifying as a GP, Dr Smart has also pursued interests in the teaching of medical students and will soon become a qualified GP supervisor helping in the training of future GPs. 
South Fulham PCN Fraility Lead

Dr Phelon first joined Lilyville Surgery in 2014 and works as a Salaried GP at the practice. Before undertaking GP training, she undertook additional training in Internal Medicine. She continues this interest in her role as practice lead for diabetes, anticoagulation, and monitoring of disease monitoring anti-rheumatic drugs. 

She also has an interest in clinical governance and strategic development of healthcare and works in leadership roles in South Fulham Primary Care Network and our local community healthcare NHS Trust.

Name: Dr Jessica Giles

Dr Giles completed her postgraduate medical degree at Sheffield University before moving to North West London to complete her Foundation and GP training.
She has an interest in Women’s Health holding the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Medicine Diploma, and recently completed the British Menopause Society (BMS) Management of the Menopause Certificate and holds the letter of competence for intrauterine techniques. 

Name: Dr Laura Sharpe

Dr Sharpe completed an undergraduate degree in Physiological Science and went on to study Graduate entry Medicine at the University of Bristol, completing her studies in 2015, followed by Foundation training in Oxford. Before embarking on GP training Dr Sharpe completed internal medicine training in both North West and Central London hospitals and worked as a Geriatrics Registrar just before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. She then completed her GP training in North West London. She continues to have a special interest in multimorbidity, elderly medicine and end-of-life care. Alongside her GP work, Dr Sharpe has a keen interest in medical education and is currently helping to facilitate the training of Brunel Medical students

Name: Dr Hannah Jones

Position: Doctor

Dr Jones studied medicine at the University of Leeds, graduating in 2018. She moved to London soon after, working at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital on the general medical wards, before enrolling on GP training in North West London. She finished her GP training at Lilyville Surgery in 2023 and has been working as a GP here since.


Dr Jones has a variety of interests, including Frailty and Elderly Medicine. She has completed a diploma in Women’s Health with the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Medicine.  She is also Mental Health Lead for the practice and works alongside our community mental health team within West London.


Dr Jones has a passion for sports and exercise, and is a keen cyclist and runner. She has interests in Lifestyle Medicine both in and outside of work.

Name: Dr Despoina Chatzimichalaki (Dr Deyna)

Dr Deyna is a dedicated and compassionate GP, known for her approachable demeanour that encourages open and honest conversations about health.
She earned her postgraduate medical degree from King’s College London, following a diverse academic journey with a BSc in Biochemistry, an MSc in Biochemical Engineering, and a Master of Business Administration.

Prior to entering medicine, she had a career in the pharmaceutical industry.
Dr Deyna has a special interest in sexual health and holds a Diploma in Sexual and Reproductive Health. She is also dedicated to supporting patients dealing with drug & alcohol addiction.

She has worked both in general practice and urgent/emergency care; a big part of her current practice focuses on mental health and preventative medicine.
She believes that truly effective healthcare is a partnership—she values working collaboratively with patients to create treatment plans that are practical, compassionate and realistic. She feels that to address health effectively, it is important to understand the context of people’s lives and the stories that shape them.

Outside of work, she is known for her love of animals and helps run an animal rescue centre.

Dr Trilling is an experienced salaried GP.

He completed his undergraduate medical education at Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, followed by core medical and general practice training in Cambridge. He worked as a GP for several years in the Cambridge area before moving back to work in London again. Prior to studying medicine, he completed a BA in Economics and History and worked as a piano teacher and teaching assistant.

Lily has diplomas in asthma and diabetes management and mentorship. She is currently studying to become an advanced clinical practitioner as part of her commitment to improving the ways she can meet the needs of her patients. 
Lily is supportive of patients and colleagues and is known for her approachability, professionalism and breadth of knowledge.
