Request an appointment
When you request an appointment, we'll recommend the best person and type of appointment for your issue.
We have a range of clinical roles at the surgery.
For GP appointments
You can request a GP appointment by telling us about your condition or symptoms using an online form.
We’ll review your answers during practice hours and contact you to make sure you get the right help.
This could be:
- self-care advice
- a follow-up phone call
- an in-person appointment
You need to be registered with the practice to use this service.
For other appointments
You can request an appointment for a Nurse, Healthcare Assistant and blood tests by calling reception or in person.
Home Visits
We recommend visiting the surgery for the best care, as we have better facilities to assess you.
If you need a home visit, please call us as early as possible, ideally before 10:00 AM, and provide full details.
Home visits are only for patients who are housebound or too unwell to attend the surgery. They are not available due to lack of transport. The GP will decide if a visit is needed and how urgent it is.
In some cases, a community nurse or paramedic may visit if referred by your GP. New parents may also be visited by a health visitor if they have recently had a baby or have a child under five.
Please contact the surgery by phone.
